Tentative EDS2 Calendar of Events 2009-updated 6/2/09

August 1, 2009-Registration Period begins – Players may be rostered and teams may be activated for the fall in Affinity as of this date.  The movement of players between teams after this date must be processed as transfers

August 1, 2009-S2 Rosters freeze-no movement of players between S2 teams is allowed on or after this date. Movement from D2 to S2 is allowed and S2 to EDDOA is allowed.

August 1, 2009--Balance of team fees due to EDS2

August 1, 2009-team upload spreadsheets are due to the ED Administrator.  This information will be e-mailed to association registrar's and was given out at the coaches meeting.  See below for format.

September 12-13, 2009--League Play begins

November 22-23, 2000--this is a game weekend.

November 26, 2009-Thanksgiving Day

.   No later August 1^st, the following information is required for each team participating in EDS2:

·         The information, shown below, is required from your Association or Club and can be in either in the form of an Excel spread sheet or a comma delimited file. The information shown below is put in this document solely for the purpose of letting you know what we will be requesting from your local Associations. Your team is only responsible for furnishing us with a copy of your roster, so that we can validate it against the data we have in the database.

·          The file must include but is not limited to the following information: The order and names of the fields shown below are insignificant but the data is.

Team Information

Team Administrators/Adults Information      At least one phone# is required.

The data for this should be in this format with one record for each adult for each team they are associated with. (E.g. Adult on 2 teams then 2 records)

Player Information                                                            At least one parent is required.
