Each person having any responsibility whatsoever for any team participating in the EDS2 league is responsible for reading and understanding the EDS2 Rules of Competition. In the event charges of infraction of any of the regulations contained herein are made against a  team, coach or any other team representative, claims by said accused person of ignorance of these regulations will not be considered an available defense to said charges.
